Susie Hubbard, RNC, BSN, MS, NE-BC

Susie Hubbard joined the team at Southwest Surgical Hospital as Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in December of 2007. She is responsible for directing and facilitating Southwest's standards of nursing practices, policies and procedures. Susie came to Southwest Surgical Hospital from Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas where she served as the Department Director of Medical-Surgical-Oncology Nursing.

Susie has been a RN for 32 years, with NCC certifications in Nursing Administration and Maternal Newborn. She received her Masters of Business and Healthcare Administration in 1998. She has gained her management and administrative experience in a variety of areas throughout her career. She is a Texas native, with hospital clinical experience in Critical Care, OR, Pre-Op, Maternal Newborn, Labor and Delivery and Medical-Surgical and an Outpatient Clinic. Her hands on style of management was developed throughout her career. Susie is also published in Critical Care.
